Your treatment is your business. TrayWise is built so that we never see your data at all. This policy is short because there is almost nothing to disclose.
Nothing. TrayWise has no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. We do not operate any server that receives your data.
TrayWise does not use your location and does not track you across apps or websites. You log your own wear sessions and tray schedule by hand or with a single tap.
Everything you enter in TrayWise (your wear sessions, tray schedule, notes, and any progress photos) is stored on your device. If iCloud is available, your data is also stored in your personal, private iCloud database, encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple. We have no access to it.
TrayWise Pro is a single one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple through your App Store account. There is no subscription. We receive no payment details.
You can export your full wear history and schedule as CSV at any time from the app, free, and erase everything by deleting the app (and removing TrayWise data from iCloud in iOS Settings).
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
